Terms and Conditions
By accepting a quote from Revolve, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance occurs upon payment of the deposit, written confirmation, or commencement of work.
Client Responsibilities
Approvals: Client must obtain all planning and building approvals unless Revolve agrees in writing to do so. Failure to obtain approvals does not relieve payment obligations.
Site Conditions: Client warrants safe site access, accurate service locations, and disclosure of hazards. Any latent conditions discovered will result in additional costs payable by the client.
Property on Site: Client must remove or adequately protect all personal property, fixtures, and items not included in the scope of work before commencement.
Revolve accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to any property left on site, whether caused by dust, debris, vibration, incidental contact, weather, or third-party actions.
Work will proceed regardless of property remaining on site.
The client indemnifies Revolve against any claims, costs, or losses arising from damage to property left on site, except where damage results from proven gross negligence by Revolve.
Site Security
Client is responsible for securing the site, including gates, fences, and access points, unless Revolve agrees in writing to provide security measures.
Revolve accepts no liability for theft, vandalism, or damage caused by third parties to materials, equipment, or works on site.
If Revolve provides temporary fencing or security measures, this does not transfer liability for third-party actions.
Client indemnifies Revolve against any claims or losses arising from site security breaches.
4. Deposits & Payments
Deposits comply with QBCC limits.
Progress payments are due strictly as scheduled or upon stage completion, regardless of disputes.
Late payments incur interest at 10% + RBA 90-day bill rate, plus recovery costs.
Revolve may suspend work immediately for non-payment.
Variations
All variations must be paid in full before work proceeds.
Compliance-critical variations must be approved and paid. If refused, Revolve may suspend or terminate without liability. Costs incurred remain payable.
Insurance
QBCC Home Warranty Insurance will be arranged for eligible work. Premiums are payable before commencement.
Risk Allocation
Revolve is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Total liability is capped at the contract price paid.
Client indemnifies Revolve for all claims arising from approvals, site hazards, delays, or misuse.
Termination
Revolve may terminate immediately for non-payment, refusal of compliance variations, unsafe site conditions, or breach of these terms. Client remains liable for all work performed and costs incurred.
Statutory Warranties
Only warranties required by law apply. All other warranties are excluded to the maximum extent permitted.
Governing Law
Queensland law applies. Disputes will be resolved under QBCC processes or courts of Queensland.
